Before There Was Vincapri...
There were no sophisticated laboratories.
There were no CNC machines.
There were no robotics laboratories.
There were no investors.
There was only curiosity...
...and one discarded green steel drum.
Long before Vincapri became known for manufacturing agricultural machines, renewable energy systems, AI education and robotics, everything began inside a small improvised workshop.
While many people saw scrap metals...
I saw possibilities.
Turning Waste Into Opportunity
That old drum became my first experimental furnace.
It taught me that innovation does not always begin with expensive equipment.
Sometimes innovation begins with the willingness to build with whatever is available.
I spent countless hours cutting, welding, assembling, testing and rebuilding.
Every mistake became another lesson.
Every failure became another improvement.
Without realizing it, I was already teaching myself the principles that would later define Vincapri;

COPPER RECYCLING
Extracted Copper and Lead from waste-PCBs
JUNK YARD LAB
Self developed chemical laboratory utilizing bottle wastes as test tube and beakers
ETCHANTS
HCL etchant made from weak H2SO4
CIRCUIT BOARDS
Electronic Printed Circuit Board (PCB) made from discarded electronic circid boards and car battery acids turned into etchants.
REACTION OVEN
Self improvised temperature assisted reaction oven made from mud and metl sheet, utilizing waste wood as fuel.
SYNGAS
Producer gas made from wood wastes.
WOOD FUEL
Generator running on syngas(producer gas) using waste woods as fuel.
GAS RECOVERY
Gas Scruber improvised from Mayonnaise jars and waste pipes.
COPPER FILMS
Recoverin copper foil from discarded Lithium- Iron batteries. The foils are later to be laminated onto epoxy boards to make copper-laminate circuit boards.
SAND CASTING
Casting of metal with green sands.
SHEET FORMING
Improvised metal sheet rolling machine made from discarded metals.
FIRST LATHE
Improvised Lathe machine made from scrap yard.
PET MOLD
Pilot Steam turbine rotor under test.
GAS HOOD
Gas Reaction hood made from wood, pvc pipe and scrap extractor fan from discarded computer.
PLASTIC SEALING HEAD
Fancy lines plastic sealing head made from scrap aluminum waste.
GAS REACTOR
Acid reactor made from discarded fire extinguisher.
EXPELLER
The making of oil expellers.
GRAVITATIONAL SEPERATOR
Developed Weifrey (shaker) table for extration of copper dust from PCB wastes.
GASIFIER COOKSTOVE
Innovated an energy cooking stove from tradional cookstove utilizing updraft gasification principle.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
Recovery of electronic components from discarded PCBs.
COPPER MELTING FURNACE
At a stage, a longer furnace was needed for melting copper scrap; this particular one does not only answer the question but worked with such a natural air spin that made the attached blower irrelevant.
STEAM BOILER
First steam boiler developed for pilot testing of steam turbines.
STEAM TURBINE ROTOR
My first steam turbine rotor and my first heavy duty steal welding experience.
FANCY SEALER
This sealing hed eas made from aluminum for sealing palstic films. The sealed end comed with lines that make the sealing exceptionally beautiful.
PLASTIC SEALING MACHINE
This is the design and development of my forst low cost plastic film sealing machine intended for market women.
The machine was later later to find its way into the hands of cottage industroperators for the production of sachet salts, peppers, seasons, milk, tea, garri, grounuts, palm oil and vegetable oil.
Paper PCBs
I started my elctronics board building with wire-on-pins, then moved to vero boars, then experimented on bread boadns, before devicing paper PCs that were to be later translated into etched copper-lamited clad PCBs.
GRINDING PLATES
I made grind plates (disks) from thick steel offcuts. It required extra patience to make one.
CARBIDE REACTOR AND AIR COMPRESSOR
Many items were improvised from my backyard workshop and that included the carbide reactor on my hands and the air compressor by the side.
SOAP CUTTER
Improvised soap cutter made from scrapsquare pipes and wires from throttle cable.
BLACK SOAP
Black soap made from non-edible oils and animal fat, utizing charred palm tree waste as alkaline (Pottasioum Hydroxide)
GRATER
Roller grater developed for machined food grating.
SEALER PROTOTYPE
