Vincapri Group Inc. is a holding company headquartered in Paynesville City, Montserrado County, Liberia. Founded in Nigeria in 1999 as an electronic circuit manufacturing company, it underwent a drastic restructuring into a investment enterprise starting in 2015 under the leadership of chairman and CEO, Eli Vincent.

The company's main business and sources of capital are power plants and machineries manufacturing, from which it invests the proceeds into a broad portfolio of subsidiaries, equity positions and other securities.

In order to get the best of products' research and development, Vincapri Group invests in portfolios that incorporates  plants, machineries and other various products they manufacture. Making a portfolio serve a multiple purpose of product testing, product validation and product improvement while generating revenue.

Our investment spreads through retail electricity, clean cooking, electronic recycling and soap production; and this has improved our book value at an average rate of 12%, with dividends included over the same period, while employing substantial amounts of capital and minimal debt.
